The Production Process

Step One - Talk To The Queen

Request a quote and free consult. You'll receive an immediate email with a pricing overview and more info to help you navigate the available options. Soon after, I'll send you a fully personalized quote.

Step Two - Free Consult

If pricing is within your expectations, then we'll book a complimentary online meeting to discuss your design idea. I'll show you similar client projects and talk you through everything in detail.

Step Three - Confirm Your Design

After your complimentary consultation, I'll produce a free 2D digital design based on your idea. You can use this to get final approvals and of course, any design changes are included at no charge.

Step Four - 3D Design Process

When you're ready to go ahead, just accept my quote and contract. Then we'll get started on producing the print ready 3D model for your review. You can request changes to this until you're ready to confirm.

Step Five - Sample Completion

The first major completion stage is when your sample is ready to view. Once you have confirmed the sample, we are ready to hit go on mass production.

Step Six - Packaging & Shipment

Once completed, we’ll pack your ornaments in your protective boxes of choice and they'll be shipped direct to your door. All our shipments are fully insured for breakages, however this is an extremely rare occurrence.
