J. Crew USA Custom Snow Globes

These cute and classic snow globes were produced for the US-based clothing company J.Crew, as the 2017 Holiday Season gift for their extensive customer database. J. Crew actively supports the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, which protects and rescues orphaned elephants and rhinos in East Africa from ivory poaching and extinction. To date, they’ve successfully rescued, hand-raised and rehabilitated 190 elephant orphans before reintegrating them into the wild. So, for their customer gift, Jcrew wanted to include this cute grey elephant, dressed in the colors of the season, navy and white. Originally we were trying to achieve a tartan pattern on the ball, hat and mittens, but due to the tiny size and hand painting work, we really struggled with this. Not all things are possible, but we made the design work instead with the blue and white stripes and I think you’ll agree, it looks quite striking with the square white embossed base.
